In order to fix a problem with the http://Bill.com integration I had to create a new Integration Manager database.
On Thursday, Jowanda showed me an issue with the distributions when one payment pays two invoices.
The only way to fix the issue was to create a new Integration Manager database and new integrations.
When you first try to open Integration Manager you should see the following window...
Click the [OK] button...
Copy/paste the following text in blue into the "Integration Manager Database:" path box...
\\gp1\ALTA_GP_Data\GP2018Shared\IM.MDB
Check the "Set as default Database" checkbox
Click the [OK] button
Integration Manager should then open for you...
When you click "Open Integration" (upper left corner) you will only see four integrations...
You each have your own integration to run for http://Bill.com and Impexium!
Jowanda should use these two integrations:
BILL_COM_JOWANDA
IMPEXIUM_JOWANDA
Trina should use these two integrations:
BILL_COM_NEW
IMPEXIUM_NEW
The data source files (.csv files) should be copied to the appropriate folder in "GP2018Shared" - see screen shot below...
Jowanda:
BILL_COM_JOWANDA integration file goes in the folder "BILL.COM-JOWANDA" and is still named "TO_IMPORT.csv"
IMPEXIUM_JOWANDA integration file goes in the folder "Impexium-JOWANDA" and is still named "ALTA Amex.csv"
Trina:
BILL_COM_NEW integration file goes in the folder "http://BILL.COM " and is still named "TO_IMPORT.csv"
IMPEXIUM_NEW integration file goes in the folder "re:Members (formerly Impexium)" and is still named "ALTA Amex.csv"
One last note...
You are prompted to enter a Batch ID when you run the http://Bill.com integration BUT the old re:Members (formerly Impexium) integration was setup to integrate transactions into a Financial Batch ID = IMPEXIUM IMPORT.
I changed the Batch IDs for IMPEXIUM slightly so you can keep your transactions separate once they have been integrated into GP:
Jowanda's integration will integrate transactions into Batch ID = IMPEXIUM-JHIPP
Trina's integration will integrate transactions into Batch ID = IMPEXIUM-TGREEN
