Q: How do I Enable or Disable the Extended Away Greeting on my Office Phone?
A: To enable your extended away greeting, you can follow these steps:
- Go to your voicemail box by dial 1000 or tap the mail icon on the main screen of your office phone.
- Enter the passcode for your mailbox and press #
- Press the #1 on the number pad to access your voicemail box
- Press the #4 to change/access your extended away greeting.
- Press the #1 to enable the extended away greeting or press #2 to disable it. Note: If this is your first time, you can press #3 to create/record a new extended away greeting message.
