You may follow these steps to disconnect from a LogMeIn session:
- First, you need to locate the windows icon on the bottom left corner on the desktop and right clicking on the icon. This will bring up a tab as shown in the screenshot below. You will need to select the "Shut down or sign out" and then choose the sign out option. Please *do not choose the shutdown option* This action will sig_GoBackn you out of your account.
- Once you have signed out of your account, you will be taken back to the LogMeIn page, and you need to choose the disconnect option as shown in the screenshot below. This will disconnect you from the remote machine that you are connected to. Then, you can safely hit the X to close out the web browser.
