This documents the setup for the membership survey queries from mid October, 2025.
Chart of ALTA Member/PFL types, and if they are in the Universe (meaning Write Title insurance).
Note that the answer for “Writes Title?” is done when someone goes through the Membership process OR it’s set by Membership manually. For those that never have, it’s “Unknown” so we don’t know if their Uber company is in the universe, meaning should be compliant, or not. This was added when we did the “A/B split”.

Excludes anyone without a work email address.

Excludes anyone with a .GOV work email address.

Excludes alta.org, chad-wick.com, kochandhoos.com, dome.com, remembers.com, and impexium.com email addresses.

“Current” Query

Includes all employees of all branches of Ubers with 2025 or 2026 PFL-Paid, ACA/B, REA/B, ACU, AS, or ATXA.

Columns should be self explanatory.

Note that “Join Date” is only for Members, and COULD be inaccurate if there was a member type swap and Membership didn’t update the record, but this is rare.

Note that by excluding HO, EM, and AST, they will not be in either list.

Chad - Must manually remove double parent problems after running query.
“Not Current” Query

Includes all employees of all branches of Ubers that do NOT have a 2025 or 2026 Membership or PFL of any type.

Includes individuals without an employer/parent.

Excludes ‘STATE’ member type (state LTAs) in last member.

Excludes ‘KY’ member types (old KY when ALTA ran it) in last member.

Columns should be self explanatory.

“Activity” is “Yes” for anything of that type from 2022-current.

Chad - Must manually remove past HO/EM and 2025+ “last membership” after running query, double parents, etc.
NOTE: These queries are not baked into Thaddeus (yet) but can be if they need to be pulled regularly.
