Vendors - Elite Providers — ALTA Purview

This section defines exactly what makes an organization display as a "current elite" provider on the ALTA website. Two conditions must both be true simultaneously — payment AND explicit approval on the correct record.

Both of the following must be true for an organization to show as "current elite":

Condition	Detail
✅ Full payment for the current year	Payment can be on the Individual record OR the Organization record. If payment is on an Individual, their parent (Employer) becomes the Elite Org.
✅ "Elite Approved?" is checked	This custom field must be checked on the Organization record specifically — not the Individual record.

If a vendor says they are not showing as Elite on the website, check both conditions: confirm payment is recorded AND that the "Elite Approved?" box is checked on the Organization record — not just an individual contact under that org.

Year-to-Year Transition: The "Elite Approved?" checkboxes are manually unchecked for each organization when moving from one year to the next. This means re-approval and re-payment must be confirmed each renewal cycle before elite status is restored on the site.
