Made with DASH A.i.Follow the steps below to access the shared mailbox and enable automatic replies. Because you are acting on a shared mailbox (not your personal inbox), you must first open that mailbox directly before changing any settings.
Can't find the shared mailbox? Make sure you have been granted delegate or full-access permissions by your IT administrator before attempting these steps. If the mailbox does not appear, raise a request with your IT helpdesk.
Scheduling a date range: When enabling automatic replies, Outlook on the web lets you set a specific start and end date/time so the reply switches off automatically — useful for planned leave periods without needing someone to manually turn it off.
