Application. The NTP Application may be purchased by a user logged into the ALTA website or processed in the Admin portal by a staff user.

Designation. The designation may only be awarded and renewed in the Admin portal by a Staff User.

Current Designation. See Purchases > Certifications.

Historical Designation. See Custom > Certification History.

Bio. The individual’s “Bio Long” existence will trigger a “Full Bio” button on the directory.

Spotlight URL. The individual’s custom field “NTP Spotlight URL” (Title News article URL) will trigger a “Get to Know this NTP” button on the directory.

Overnight Process. An overnight process sets the NTP Designation in Designations. A website User may not add the NTP to their own record. After the overnight process, Designees will appear in the NTP Directory on the ALTA Website. Their earliest date of designation is pulled from NTP History.

Future State. There is a lot of functionality in re:Members (formerly Impexium) and through ColdFusion which might help with the upload of documentation which is required along with the Fillable PDF Application.
