To make an outgoing long-distance call you must:

Dial "011"
Press "1"
Enter the area code and the remaining 7 digits to the phone number you are trying to reach.
You will be prompted to key in an Authorization Code. The authenication code is: 20036.

Follow these four steps every time you need to dial a long-distance number from an office phone. Have the full 10-digit destination number (area code + 7 digits) ready before you begin.

Tip: If the call doesn't connect after entering the Authorization Code, hang up and try the sequence again — make sure to dial 011 first before pressing 1.
