The national ALTA Title & Settlement Agent Registry (ALTA Registry) is a public searchable online database of underwriter-confirmed policy issuing title agent companies, real estate attorneys, and underwriter direct offices.
The Registry offers public searches of the ALTA Registry, which do not require a login (simply click the Search link on the upper left hand side of the page). In addition, ALTA Registry subscribers (lenders and their vendors who participate in the mortgage transaction)who execute a licensing agreement also have access to additional features and information.
