Full Title: State LTA Conferences - Did you know Company Name is NOT listed in the ALTA Registry?
Short Description: This template can be used EITHER while attending a State LTA conference or as follow up to the conference (with adjustments).
Business Rules: Use the conference attendee list to identify title agent who are not listed in the ALTA Registry and then send direct emails to the attendee.
NOTE: The template should be customized based on whether you are sending while on-site at the conference or as preparation or follow up to a conference.

My name is Insert Your Name and I work with ALTA (American Land Title Association).
I am/was in attendance at the Insert Conference Name this week.
While preparing for the conference, I noticed that Company Name - ALTA ID XXXXXXX is NOT currently listed in the ALTA Registry (www.altaidregistry.org).
A listing in the ALTA Registry is free, but it is important to note that to be listed in the Registry, you must request confirmation from your underwriters. A Registry listing is NOT “automatic” with ALTA membership.
If you are interested in adding your listing, stop by our ALTA booth and I’d be happy to help with getting an ALTA Registry listing request submitted to your underwriters or if it’s easier just let me know which underwriters you are issuing policies with, and I’ll get the request sent over.
