Full Title: How to Mass End Org Relationships
Short Description: How to end all organization relationships in bulk. (Org to org and org to individual)
When completing org record clean up tasks such as deactivations or detaching individual or branches, the "end relationship" feature is required which can be performed for each individual relationship. In many cases, there are multiple relationships that exist on an org record (directory, subsidiary, primary contact, employee, etc.) re:Members (formerly Impexium) has an "end date relationship" feature which permits you to select any and all relationships to end date on a record in bulk. To complete the following, you will need to:

Search for the org directly from the organization search section by selecting "Customers - organizations" in the left toolbar. (This feature will not appear if you perform the search from the open search bar at the top of the toolbar.)

Search for the org by the record number (Org Constituent ID), so that the specified record will appear in the results screen. IT IS IMPERATIVE for the specified record to be the only record on the results screen.

On the results screen, select the "Actions" tab with the lightning bolt symbol in the top right corner. In the drop down, select "End Date Relationships".

A pop up box will appear with the relations available to check and end date. You can choose the specific relationship or "Select All" to end all affiliated relationships attached to the org. The current date will populate in the date field at the bottom of the pop up box. Select "schedule now". (This is usually an instant update but can sometimes have a slight delay. Please spot check your records after completing to confirm.)
