IF ORG IS IN REGISTRY, please notify the ALTA Registry department (altaregistry@alta.org) to remove the record from the Registry FIRST. After the Registry removal is confirmed, continue with the following steps.

After the Registry Listing is removed through RMS update and overnight process (if necessary) . . . continue working in re:Members (formerly Impexium)

Terminate all existing (whether active or inactive) memberships and PFL subscriptions.

End all existing ORG and IND relationships. This process can be done for each individual relationship by selecting the Account - Relationships under the "Organizations" and "Individuals" tabs on the org record. You can also end ALL relationships in bulk by using the "Mass End Date Relationships" feature. (see steps for Mass End Dating Relationships)

Delete ORG Email

Uncheck all company address types (shipping, directory, billing) and save

Delete Company address

Create a note on the org record w/ the "Deactivation" note category, check the "is internal" checkbox and save.

Remove / Change membership answers to "blank" on org record located under the Account - Additional Info - Custom Info tab. Select "View" by Membership.

Enter Deactivation Date on org record located under the Account - Additional Info - Custom Info tab. Select "View" by the Miscellaneous tab.

End dating relationships does not delink org address from individual. If there is a need to remove the org address from an individual, that must occur on the individual record. More details to be provided at a later date.
