These queries are all designed to help uncover various problems. There are similar queries in Thaddeus, but when query limitations aren’t an issue, it’s better to have them directly in re:Members (formerly Impexium).
Any query with a year in the name means that a date is fixed and needs to be updated year to year. This would be done on 10/1, 12/1, or 1/1 as appropriate by IT. Queries without a date are evergreen. (The reason is that re:Members (formerly Impexium) Queries don’t allow for things like “this year” or “next year” in date parameters.)

- Determine if organization’s Uber hasn’t been set by the re:Members (formerly Impexium) Script.

As of 4/4/2023, working on an issue with them. Once fully resolved, can move this forward to 2021 to check those. Once those are resolved, this will roll forward to check “two years ago” each year.
ISSUE - Uber Missing Answers

Any Uber Parent that hasn’t answered the Industry or Writes Title questions, sorted in REVERSE order so newest ones can be figured out first.

These are answered but them when going through the Membership process, but should also be given best guess (or actually find out) when staff enter Ubers.

If “Write Title Policies” is blank, we don’t know if they are non-compliant. (Yes, but no purchase.)

If “Work in Industry” is blank, we don’t know if they are in the new Welcome to Industry or other uses.

The current setup looks for expired before 1/1/2021 (so 2020 member/pfl) but page on or after 1/1/2021. These can be adjusted depending no what you need to look for.

The currently setup determines non-terminated 2020 member/pfl that have since renewed, but probably have the wrong member/pfl year and need to be cleaned up.

Moving both dates forward to 1/1/2022 will clean up 2021, and so on.

Once 2020/2021 are sorted, will make this move forward each year.
