Static Data

These tables are only updated on the "db1" Local Report Server database "ReportALTALocal" when necessary. They are copied to the "db1" database "DataWareHouse" as well.

• Engagement Levels (ALTA_EngagementLevels)

  • List of levels for monthly metrics.

• Members of Congress (ALTA_CongressMembers)

  • Contains branch, state, district, and name.
  • Ingested manually with each new Congress for Advocacy reporting.
  • New in 2026, so still working out specifics of updating.

• Member Types (ALTA_MemberTypes)

  • Each member type of if they have a PFL or not and other information, used for organization of Thaddeus dashboards when data points aren’t in re:Members (formerly Impexium)
  • Created by SPROC with additional manual information in addition to REM data. A new member type is rare, but this table must be updated whenever that is done.

• ZIP Code Data (ALTA_ZIPCodes)

  • Imported from USPS data, each zip code’s city, state, latitude, and longitude.
  • Not currently in use (as of a search 3/11/2025) and hasn’t been updated in a long time.
