API Workarounds

These tables are on the live Remote Azure Report Server database "ReportALTA" and used to work around some minor API limitations, primarily for the RMS. REM scripts run regularly to update core data from these. All REM scripts are found under Processes/FTP. https://portal.alta.org/administration/processes/ftp-data-dump
