Policy Forms News. When the ALTA Board takes action to Adopt new or revised policy forms, a news story is generally prepared by the staff liaison to the Forms Committee. A follow-up story is usually prepared when the new or revised forms are published in final format on/about their effective date.

ALTA Publications. The story is shared with the staff editor for inclusion in all appropriate publications.

Email Distribution to ALTA Leaders. The story is also distributed via direct email from the Forms Comm staff liaison.
- The recipients include:
- ALTA Board of Governors
- ALTA Section Executive Committees
- ALTA Underwriter Members' Primary Contacts
- ALTA Forms Committee
- ALTA Title Counsel

Email Distribution to Interested Industry Colleagues
- These Individuals have opted in to receive the Policy Forms News. Some are ALTA members; some are not.
- To add or manage an Individual's inclusion on this list:
- Find the Individual Record
- Select the Account Tab > Additional Info > Custom Info Tab
- Select "View" for Individual Miscellaneous
- Scroll down to "Add to Email Lists" and check (or un-check) the "Policy Forms News" checkbox
- Scroll down and Save.

To Generate the full, combined, Email Distribution List
- Open the Customers group in Impexium's left navigation
- Select Queries
- Scroll to the query named "EMAIL - Policy Forms News"
- Click Run
- Once the results appear, use the Export dropdown to select the CSV format
- Open the results in Excel
