Custom Data Tables
- Integrated into the Impexium Portal, connected to Individuals or Organizations.
- Live hosting is on the Report Server, meaning updates are immediate, not overnight.
- Impexium must set these up based on parameters we provide.
- History tables are a subset that only hold GM history for the information that was kept, but nothing would ever be updated in them, where the others are data going forward.
- Full searchable tables is find under the "Custom Data" module, and as an Admin only module.
- Linked tables are found under Individuals and Organizations in the top tab "Custom".
- While records CAN be added manually, typically there is a web site or Intranet process that writes this information in the correct way.
Flattened Data for Directories and Exports
- Stored procedures run every night to flatten complex joins into tables. These are then copied to the ALTA DataWarehouse for use for web site output and Thaddeus exports.
- There are some live Views for lower traffic, or while working on projects before turning them into SPROCs.
- We have full access to create tables, views, and SPROCs however we want, but these are not linked to the Portal.
