When you run an Organization or Individual query (from Customers, not the upper left global search) when you’re on the results, you can do “Actions” and then “Customize List Fields”.

This then will let you hit “+” and you can pull in Created By, Created On, Modified By, and/or Modified On.

Select the fields you want to include.

Click "Add to Query"

If you just “Run Once” it’ll then redo the query with that added into the results.

If you need this a lot, you can do “Save for Yourself” so it’ll always be there.

There are also two separate queries that will display those four fields on a separate specific search of ID or Name.
