1. Booth Purchasing Process
1.1. Exhibitor Purchases. To purchase a booth using the portal in a self-serve mode an exhibitor must:
1.1.1. Have an account with ALTA
1.1.2. The user is either a Primary or Secondary contact
1.1.3. The user has a valid credit card for payment.

Any other means of booth purchase must involve and ALTA Staff member, typically this involves generating an invoice that is sent to the purchaser via email.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>1.2. To purchase a booth users would access the following webpage on the ALTA website: https://portal.alta.org/exhibits/upcoming-exhibits . This page will show only those meetings, exhibits and booths have been set to Public and the start date of the booth is in the past.
1.3. Once a user driven purchase of a booth has been completed, re:Members (formerly Impexium) will send a system generated email template, confirming the purchase and providing information about Registration and will include any promo codes for free registrations.

Booth Point of Sale Tracking.
1.4.1. All booth sales are to be tracked in SharePoint.
1.5. Booth Sale Updates for the Decorating Company.
1.5.1. The Decorating Company can only track which booths are sold via reports provided by ALTA Staff. These reports are generated from within SharePoint as an export file from the appropriate Booth Sale View. This report includes all the contact information the Decorating Company needs to fulfill the booth. is to be prepared and sent to the Decorating Company.
1.5.2. Should staff wish to purchase a booth for a customer, this should be done within re:Members (formerly Impexium) as follows:
