When a member is already logged into the ALTA website, the following URL will always redirect them straight to their database account:

https://www.alta.org/education/webinars.cfm

For staff supporting members remotely: Ask the member to confirm they are logged in first, then have them navigate to this URL. It removes the need to search for their account manually.
