How to obtain Waiver or Policy Forms License
- Go to https://www.alta.org/membership/ and press on Join Today
- Please scroll down until you see "License Requirements for Agents Who are Not Members".
- If you wrote title insurance on 51 or more transactions in the previous year, please purchase Policy Forms License.
- If you wrote title insurance on 50 or fewer transactions, you are eligible to apply for the Occasional Use Waiver. This will waive your fee of $195 for the Policy Forms License.
- Lastly, please complete the steps and you will receive your request.
