To assist searches for Strategic Partners, a Strategic Partner field has been added to re:Members (formerly Impexium). TO set this field do the following:
Organization>Custom Info>Vendor Info>View>Strategic Partner?=Yes
Made with DASH A.i.To mark an organization as a Strategic Partner, you must navigate through a specific path in re:Members and set the Strategic Partner? field to Yes. This ensures the organization appears correctly in Strategic Partner searches across the platform.
Steps to set the flag:
- Open the Organization record in re:Members
- Navigate to Custom Info
- Select Vendor Info
- Click View
- Set Strategic Partner? to Yes
Tip: If you do not see the Vendor Info tab or the Strategic Partner? field, check that you have the appropriate permissions in re:Members to edit Custom Info fields. Contact your system administrator if the option is unavailable.
In practice… Once the flag is set to Yes, the organization will be discoverable when staff filter or search specifically for Strategic Partners — making it easier to pull reports, assign benefits, or manage partner relationships.
