Send Payment Confirmation Email rules to be applied:
When Compliance setting = true and payment method = credit card or ACH,
renew term product job - send email, do not show checkbox
auto pay job - send email, do not show checkbox
auto pay job parameters screen - can’t uncheck confirmation email
payment capture screens - can’t uncheck confirmation email
JOBS: When Compliance setting = False and payment method = credit card or ACH AND Merchant = APG
NOTE: For merchant APG - there should be no setting that allows an override to the compliance rule)

When they are APG they CANNOT uncheck the send confirmation email for Credit card and ACH.
Removing the checkbox goes against compliance rules. Staff cannot make a purchase against someone's credit card and not send them a confirmation email. This works like this in Prod and Sandbox. This is for compliance reasons, changes to this would need to go to Shari and the Product team.
